The SimCity Planning Report is a detailed report that tells the reader what you are proposing to change in your city/town. Once the plan has been accepted (graded) you are then free to make the changes that your team proposed and save the game, hopefully progressing in a positive economic direction. Below are directions on how to structure your report using the teams Planning Report wiki site below. All drafts are due by the Monday of Week 8. All teams must review another draft from another period and posting comments concerning the draft review. ALL final reports are due on Wednesday, March 31, 100 points.

After typing in the title, the first paragraph is ALWAYS the introduction. The introduction should talk to your boss [me] about your team’s overview of the economic situation in the city/town.
